About Jack McIntyre
Jack was born in Texas, raised in Utah. He graduated from Cottonwood High School ( 1986 ), University of The State of New York (Albany) (1995) and the John Marshall School of Law, Chicago 2001.
Jack is admitted to practice in Utah State and Federal Courts, admitted to practice in 2002. Jack has been in Military Service both active and reserve beginning in 1986, serving initially as enlisted, and then commissioned. Jack retired from the Army in 2013, as a JAG Officer, after earning several awards and decorations.
His practice has includes trial work before the Utah State Courts, primarily in the areas of criminal defense and domestic relations. In addition, to state Court practice Jack’s clients have included several military personnel in actions under the Uniform Code of Military Justice, and the Administrative actions associated with Military separations.
After practicing law, which he loves just like his dad Jim, Jack gets a pass from mowing the lawn and taking out the garbage (one up on Jim), he also enjoys boating, ATV riding, hiking, and upland game hunting.
